Lele’s Roman
トラステヴェレの活気あふれる街並みに着想を得た Lele’s Roman は、ボーラムヒルの中心にローマ料理の新しい魅力をもたらします。シェフ、フランチェスコ・バッティスティが率いるメニューは、親しまれてきた朝食菓子 マリトッツォ から、アマトリチャーナ、カチョエペペ、プンタレッレ、カルチョーフィといったローマの定番料理、そしてシェアに最適なピンサまで、伝統に忠実でありながら一日を通してお楽しみいただける内容です。ドリンクプログラムでは、豊富なアマーロのセレクションと、LDV のアレッシオ・デ・センシが厳選したラツィオ州およびイタリア各地のワインを中心に、イタリアの名作カクテルを幅広くご提供します。スタジオ・トレのホイットリー・エステバンとエルネスト・グロリアが手掛けた空間は、建物が持つブルータリズムの質感に、どこか懐かしい 70 年代イタリアのファンクテイストを織り交ぜ、LDV の名の由来でもある “ラ・ドルチェ・ヴィータ” の精神を体現する、ローマへのラブレターのような舞台をつくり上げました。
